This issues might have occur due to startup file missing.
I would suggest you to try the methods below and cheque it if helps.
Method 1: Startup repair

To run the Bootrec.exe tool, first start the Windows RE:
- Put the Windows 10 media in the DVD drive, and and so starting time the computer.
- Press a primal when you are prompted.

- Click Repair your computer.
- Select the operating arrangement that you want to repair, and then click Next.
- In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Command Prompt.

I downloaded a media creation tool from microsoft but was unable to get my estimator to first from the dvd. Could not locate how to practice this online or in the manual. Hp charges for phone back up. Tried some f commands with no success.
Likewise tried the sfc /verifyonly command and information technology replies "Windows resource protection found integrity violations". Does this still sound like the initial problem?
I am very dissappointed with this Microsoft product. It has crashed 2 of my computers! This has happened to and then many people. Microsoft needs to exist accountable for their mistakes. Deplorable for the rant but its not ok to do this to people. I appreciate your help and sympathise you are not microsoft. Please practice tell me if there is a reporting possibity, then microsoft can be enlightened.

Hp p7-1287c instructions but for windows vii and says contact microsoft for other platforms! Gives no info about how to kickoff from disc in safe mode. Tried f10 (computer setup)-storage-boot order- changed to uefi boot sources- atapi cd/dvd drive get-go on list. Save, restart, goes correct back to preparing automatic rrpair... diagnosing...automatic repair, pc did not beginning correctly. Ugh.

At present says keyboard fault on black screen and will not permit esc. To get into rubber!
